Drawing from her experience as an immigrant, Ada’s career has been fueled by a mission to create opportunities with vision and purpose.
Following a career in public accounting, she began her private equity real estate career as part of a fund management start-up that would become an industry leader in affordable housing. As a key member of the executive team, her leadership was instrumental in scaling the organization from 5-300 employees, raising $2B in private equity, and growing Assets Under Management to $3B.

After a successful tenure in institutional investments, Ada leveraged her experience and personal mission to launch iimpact capital, a fund management platform that developed an investment ecosystem, to support and scale underrepresented managers in real estate investments. Under her leadership, iimpact raised $2 million in seed funding from mission-aligned investors.

In addition to her leadership at iimpact, Ada serves on several private and nonprofit boards, where her strategic insight, financial acumen, and visionary leadership are highly valuable. Her commitment to develop the next generation of mission-driven leaders is reflected in her roles as a coach and mentor to CEOs through the UC Berkeley’s Terner Center for Innovation, and as an investment advisor for UCLA Anderson’s Venture Impact Partners.

Beyond her professional roles, Ada uses her public speaking platform to inspire and mobilize others-amplifying the values of equity, innovation, and systemic impact.
