Dion Cook is the CEO of Denkyem SPC, a company that provides access to affordable loans for Black-owned businesses in the Puget Sound region. Within its first year Denkyem provided financing and support to four businesses poised for growth. He and Evelyn, his wife of eleven years founded EDYOU LLC, an educational consulting and tutoring company. Friends and family are skeptical of their ability to collaborate effectively… so are they, but they reach their goals! Dion strives to be creatively competent, positively responsive, and consistently trustworthy in order to contribute to meaningful relationships and build community. Dion has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Elementary Education.
