Thrive! partners with local governments to invest in breaking cycles of poverty so that everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. It uses a proprietary algorithm to conduct “equity audits” to measure how well government spending on welfare and education (K-12) programs reduces disparities, then suggests budget and policy changes that will improve the lives of communities of color. Thrive! also provides additional support to governments, such as soliciting input from communities of color and training to implement evidence-based programs for returning citizens, young people and students K-12 schools.
