Jaime Gloshay, is committed to ensuring equitable investment in underserved and disenfranchised communities. As Program Manager, she administers Roanhorse Consulting’s diverse initiatives focused on thoughtful access to capital within Indian Country as its Program Manager. Prior, she was a Community Loan Officer at Accion New Mexico, establishing their native lending program. Jaime is an Opportunity Finance Network fellow and serves on Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s New Mexico 2020 (Statewide) Complete Count Commission. Jaime co-founded Native Women Lead, an organization dedicated to supporting and growing Native American women entrepreneurs and leaders. She is from the Navajo, White Mountain Apache, and Kiowa nations and lives in Albuquerque, NM.
