Olivia Watkins is an MBA student at North Carolina State University, concentrating in Technology and Entrepreneurship Commercialization (TEC) and Financial Management. Previously, Olivia was an analyst at Croatan Institute, a research institution focused on impact investing and sustainable finance. Olivia currently manages Oliver’s Agroforest, a farm that produces mushrooms and honey on land that has been in her family for 130 years. Olivia sits on the Board of Directors at Soul Fire Farm Institute, a non-profit organization fighting for racial justice in the food system. She is passionate about sustainable agriculture and has been involved in grassroots organizing movements creating retreats for black women on O’ahu, Hawai’i.
