Rose Felix Cratsley is a well-being and equity specialist, innovator, impact investor, and the founder and CEO of Ivy Child International, a nonprofit committed to expanding access to mindfulness and healing education for children, youth, and communities globally. As a BIPOC-led organization, Ivy Child centers social justice, equity, and the empowerment of historically excluded populations, fostering resilience through culturally relevant and responsive programs.
Rose also serves as a Trustee of the Felix Family Foundation, which honors the legacy of her father, Professor Felix Mathew, by advancing educational equity, racial justice, and economic empowerment within communities of color. Rose has delivered a TEDx talk on “”Unlocking Children’s Potential Through Mindfulness”” and was named among the “Powerful Women Leading the Mindfulness Movement” by Mindful Magazine in 2022. Her work bridges mindfulness, education, and systemic change, championing community-centered approaches that promote well-being and leadership.
