Nadine Ngouabe Dlodlo is an investment leader advancing innovative approaches to sustainable economic development. She works at the intersection of housing, commercial real estate and energy. She is the founder of Women’s Home Preservation, a mission-driven investment company advancing catalytic urban development. In recognition of her transformative work, she received the Secretary’s Citation from the Maryland Secretary of Planning. In 2026 the Maryland Transit Administration appointed her Chair of the Red Line Developer Placemaker Roundtable, a forum that brings together stakeholders to shape economic development around Baltimore’s largest transit infrastructure project The Red Line—a transformative $9 billion transit investment with an estimated $12 billion economic development impact.
