William Tsoules joins Boston Impact Initiative as Director of Finance, where he will facilitate various operational and financial reporting objectives. Will is the son of a Greek immigrant family and a native of Worcester, where deep community engagement and commitment were first fostered. He has spent his career in nonprofit accounting and administrative roles, recently having served as full-time and fractional Chief Financial Officer for numerous entities, charities, and associations.  In these roles, he has focused on operational and resource efficiency and security through system integrations and process improvements. Will also serves as treasurer of the board for various nonprofit organizations, including Bridges Homeward in Cambridge and Holy Trinity Bursing and Rehabilitation Center in Worcester. Will holds a BA from Wesleyan University, an MS in Accounting/MBA from Northeastern University and has been an active Massachusetts CPA since 2004.
