Dwayne Marshall directs the strategic grantmaking, scholarship programs and impact investing strategy for the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga to respond to the existing and emerging needs of the community. Dwayne has participated in several civic engagement and leadership development programs including the New Leaders Council, Atlanta Black Jewish Coalition, Aspen Institute Socrates Program and the Independent Sector NGEN Fellowship. Mr. Marshall received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Organization Management and Marketing from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dwayne is a proud native of Savannah, Georgia.
