With over a decade of experience in private equity real estate and a focus on affordable and workforce housing, Ada recently founded iimpact capital, a female- and minority-owned advisory firm investing alongside diverse and emerging managers. Previously Ada was a co-founder of Avanath Capital Management focusing on capital placement, investor relations, and impact strategy development, implementation, and measurement. She recently founded REĀL, Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals, the first and only trade organization focused on increasing visibility, advancement and capital allocation to Latinx professionals.
