Cooperative Development Institute (CDI) works with people in the Northeast to create cooperative businesses and networks that grow a prosperous, equitable economy. CDI envisions a democratically-owned and just economy where everyone can fulfill their needs and aspirations. Their Participatory Management Institute trains owners and managers of small businesses build participatory management skills and practices through open book management.
