Dorchester Bay EDC
Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation (DBEDC) is Boston’s only CDC-based Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Through its subsidiary Dorchester Bay Neighborhood Loan Fund, DBEDC lends capital to low and moderate income individuals who live in or work in Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain and Roslindale. In addition to deploying capital at competitive rates to businesses where its needed most, Dorchester Bay provides Business Supports to new and existing businesses.
