Liza Soydan

Liza Soydan has worked for more than a decade as a management and strategy consultant to clients in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. A co-founder of Chestnut Catalyst Group (a women-led company that works to align communities, capital, and strategic capacity), she is also a Partner in the Chestnut Opportunity Zone Fund (a double-bottom line fund investing in community-aligned real estate projects in Opportunity Zones across the nation). Liza conducts macroenvironmental analysis, leads community needs assessments, designs logic models, and collects outcome and stakeholders’ insight data on behalf of economic and community development organizations across the country and an adjunct instructor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
