Nikishka Iyengar is an entrepreneur, activist and consultant working at the intersection of equitable development, climate action and racial justice. She is the founder and CEO of The Guild, a social enterprise focused on building community wealth and resilience through real estate, entrepreneurship programs, and access to capital for historically marginalized communities. Nikishka was a 2019 RSF Social Finance Fellow, is part of the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership, and is a 2020 New Leaders Council Fellow. She was recognized by GreenBiz as a “30 under 30” leader in sustainability and has had her work recognized in multiple publications including Atlanta Magazine, Bisnow, and Curbed.
