Tiffany Mikell also known as TJ, is the founding Principal for Fifteen Cents Ventures (15cV), a social finance studio and impact investing fund. TJ is also the Principal Investigator for Economic Justice League, a project based design studio for Community Wealth Building projects. TJ has been building fintech applications for over 15 years, venturing as a social impact entrepreneur for 10 years and has been an emerging impact investor for 5 years. TJ’s focus is on leveraging technology to support Economic Justice and to reimagine how private capital markets work for The People. Since 2020, she has been developing the thesis for the 15cV Fund including making over 65 place-based micro-investments across neighborhoods in Chicago.
