BII’s Deborah Frieze Recognized as CNote Changemaker
CNote, a platform that invests in community development and economic inclusion in the U.S., also named Deborah Frieze a Changemaker. They interviewed her about her journey to founding BII and how our work meets the moment. When asked about what is giving her hope after a tough 2020, Deborah said, “That’s what’s being forged in this moment: strong ties in a place across stakeholder groups, trying to work to create inclusion and stability, and prosperity for all. That’s what gives rise to systems change.”
